Anyone know if Renault will register for the championship, seeing as the Clio Trophy will run alongside several IRC events this year?

Ford now confirmed by IRC press release. No VW this year, but seems Abarth will continue to be registered.

Renault isnt registered, but on events where will be Clio Trophy drivers with Renault can count into IRC :)

Hmmm, how does that work then? Does that mean no tv coverage for Renault, but Clio drivers will be eligible for 2wd cup?

Rumour read on Rallylink forum that Abarth would run the IRC 2WD championship with the new Cinquecento(500) R3 and Luca Rossetti :confused:

Nothing is sure yet. Actual plans of Abarth says no IRC, but we will see... Still lot of discussions.

There will be coverage and drivers will be eligible, but only on Monte, Ypres and Barum. Same was with Subaru in Scotland...
