I am taking better care of myself now and am maintaining a balanced diet. I will be leaving for Vancouver tomorrow for a few days, so I hope I can keep my momentum and not stuff my mouth!
Glad you guys brought up the topic of working out your legs. Time and time again I see fat dudes at the gym with huge arms, a gut, and chicken legs. Work out your legs people! It's easy and you can really feel a difference after a few weeks of consistent training.

technique (can't stress this enough), then steadily increase weight.
