Extremely funny when you compare with this:
https://www.autosport.com/wrc/news/1...r-rest-of-2017
Note only that there is only 1 day difference between the dates.
Even funnier is that before the season started he was going on and on about how he wants to emulate Ogier, not focusing on winning but just making the most of the events. A couple of events in and he does a 180. His inability of just sticking to a plan is further proof that he is mentally too unstable to be champion.
what a joke of a stage again

strong words but true...
Suninen faster than Evans on this type of stage, thats surprising
im not reading too much into it but Suninen hasnt been the best one on super specials..but still fastest so far!
Think Evans was good on these tarmac stages with gravel tires last year mostly because of DMACKs. For example in Poland he won every single one of 3 runs.
and Lappi finally beats him by 0.1 secs
Meeke was visibly quick and fastest so far despite some mistakes.
Speed reading from the tables before first corner:
Evans 124
Breen 127
Latvala 134
Lappi 139
Meeke 114? , looked like different line in first corner
Mikkelsen 127
Tanak 118
Neuville 127
Ogier 132
So Neuville overnight leader, tomorrow the fun starts...good night guys.

Quite interesting for a SSS, seeing the different lines and varying agression in a compact and mixed surface stage.

STAGE NOTES #RALLYARGENTINA 2018 SS2/6 Las Bajadas - Villa del Dique (16.65 km)
Fast rally opener where a "push" is necessary to get a good stage time. A few slow corners in the middle section. If no wind, dust can be a morning problem! #WRClive #CodriverEriksen @OfficialWRC

SS3/7 Amboy - Yacanton (33.58 km)
Demanding stage with changing character. The stage winner will be the one who keeps it up towards the end after a tricky, narrow and rough middle section. Risk of puncture? Yes! #WRClive #RallyArgentina #CodriverEriksen @OfficialWRC

Good morning Rally friends from SS2 stop line. Clear skies above is but a wee bit chilly this morning. Seems to be a little bit of dampness still on the road - maybe not enough to help Ogier. Temps of around 30c by this afternoon
