I'm guessing that Tsjoen info has been superceded by his deal with Peugeot and Abbring for Ypres?
In other news, it seems possible there will be two sort-of-works Hyundais in Ypres (assuming Neuville is still doing it too):

Hope Basso has more luck with that i20 than Tom Cave on its UK debut..
But Basso is using the same car used by Cave.
A drive out to the scenic stages in Kielder got the rally underway, with first blood going to Tom Cave/James Morgan and their Hyundai i20 R5. The car, which competed on an event for the first time at the end of 2016, was making its British Rally Championship debut in the hands of the two Welshman, with James Morgan on the notes.
The duo was also quickest through the second test, before the crews headed to the quaint village of Bellingham for a regroup and autograph signing session, taking some of the world’s most prestigious and exotic rally cars right under the noses of the Kielder locals.
The attention awarded to the new Hyundai did the crew no good though, as on the third stage of the day, Cave and Morgan retired. A suspension breakage was the cause, and the dream of a debut win evaporated. It was a cruel blow to last year’s championship runners-up and the BRC team which had come from Italy to run the car.
After assessing the suspension situation, the team decided not to restart.
EDIT
Cave has just confirmed that following their Pirelli Rally performance he will contest the Scottish Rally in the i20 R5.

Good result of Luca Rossetti too.
Waiting Ypres and Madeira to see Basso results.
It’s a pity seeing Basso doing TER instead of ERC…
new pictures from Lim crash...I was on the stage 700m far away. They hit a concrete pillar and jump into the a small river. The stage was stopped and both drivers was taken to the hospital. They have suffered various contusions but only Lim has remained under observation in hospital until Sunday or Monday
Interesting that standings of Best Car, something different :)

Is TER basically just Basso?
Ypres of course had a great entry as always and it will be good to see Lefebvre vs Basso here, but TERC doesn't seem to be adding up to much yet.
Basso and Lim who are basically sent there by Penasse to promote the series (if I get it right).
By the way 11 years a go Basso was in the same role of new project called IRC. But frankly I don't think that history will repeat itself this time.
The problem of Madeira is the ferry cost. Hope they solve it to 2018. This year Cracco and Casier retire their entries. In other side, great to TER have the champion there and the WRC driver Lefebvre. With the atual conditions i think it is the best entry list possible. Pity that portuguese federation did a regs that provoque the “retire” of many portuguese national contenders like Meireles...
I guess that organizers paid for Lefebvre, or not?
