#12 to 17 are correct, because they have scored points on Jänner for ERC2
#15 is the most strange. 2WD car amd not registered on ERC

Does anyone know if there's going to be some tests today in Latvia?
Looking forward to this event, snow or not.
For me, Lukyanuk is favourite. This is his type of event, and now he has an R5 car..

BREEN AIMING ONE STEP HIGHER IN LATVIA...
Fresh from his second place finish at WRC Rallye Monte Carlo, Peugeot Rally Academy driver Craig Breen heads back to the European Rally Championship this week for round two “Rally Liepāja” (6th-8th February) in Latvia. Having twice previously finished on the second step of the podium using a Peugeot 207 S2000 here before it’s going to be a great opportunity for Craig and his co-driver Scott Martin to notch up their second ERC win for both themselves and the Peugeot 208 T16.
It will be Craig’s third time to compete on the rally it will be the team’s third winter rally already this year so confidence all round is high ahead of the event.
As customary on the ERC the Peugeot Rally academy crew will have the opportunity to choose their road order position first for leg one if they can guide their 208 T16 over a short 3km qualifying stage in the fastest time against their championship rivals on Friday. Last year Craig posted second fastest time and the chose to run fourteenth on the road as he felt this allowed him the best grip before the gravel surface beneath the snow began to deteriorate.
Before leaving for Latvia Craig said, “I’m really looking forward to the rally this year, with the confidence our second place in Monte Carlo has given me and our experience on the rally, we are determined to take a another win.”
Judging from the photos from Pieniazek's tests, the conditions are good :)

Yes, I also think that Lukyanuk will be hard to beat. I think he likes such stages and he is crazy :)
In the case of Breen, everything depends on the car.
And Kajto doesn't seem very confident about tyres with long studds:
I am not used to driving on tyres with over 1500 long studs. It looks like just another winter rally but these tyres work in a completely different way to those we used on our way to victory in opening round of FIA European Rally Championship. Long studs give good grip on ice and after many years of driving my brain was programmed in completely opposite way. I was used to avoiding ice. This is why during Rally Liepāja I will exceed the limits of my knowledge and experience. When you drive on long studs, you have to change your thinking, habits and reactions. It is not possible to learn these things while driving on other types of tyres. We drive at high speeds so the margin for error is very small and my Latvian experience from last year for sure will help. I have to give everything in order to think about victory.
Breen done test in Finland (Hirvimäki). Same stage was used by Kruuda before Arctic Rally.
Good thing for Breen he needs a proper test to find the best set up to have a proper go right from the start in Liepāja, in Monte it took too long to find one.
Completly agree with You.
He knows these roads quite good. Here is some moments from Lukyanuk fantastic drive in Kurzeme rally in summer (maybe some parts match with Liepāja ERC roads) http://youtu.be/YqXbABkdp-Y?t=3m31s
Then he has chosen completely wrong place for testing.. conditions in Latvia are 200% different. It is a bit ironic. he was testing on pure tarmac for Jänner.. and the rally was full of snow... now he is testing on very snowy conditions and the rally is on ice and frozen gravel... Good planning ;-)

He has done the Rally Liepaja the last two years so knows what the roads/conditions are like... no excuses this time, unless its the car...
Kajto onboard test... wow !

I am not sure this photo is correct. I saw some snowfall there yesterday but it looks a lot.
Here in Liepaja there is almost no snow. Also "river" is not frozen for first time... But stages are more far away from the sea. And this picture was made and published by organiser...
Yeah, I just checked all the maps and even satellite photos and it seems that there is indeed a bit more snow than I was expecting.. seems that SS3 region has the most (it is like a little highland). Funny thing is that when you go towards the east.. there is no snow, when you go further north.. there is no snow, when you go west, there is no snow ( i didt check the south). There is more snow in the forrests and very little between the fields. So, conditions will be very challangeing! Then we can see who is the smartest driver ;-)
You can take look to the road cameras and road weather stations.. it is minus 6 right now. PS! Do not check the camera close to Ventspils, it is not working (there is still summer :-P). link is here: http://balticroads.net/ Kalvene camera is very close to SS3

Wow a yellow 208 R2 :D
Today I was on the test in area where are stages and there is frozen gravel with thick ice and snow, so there is no problem with the conditions...
