This is a pretty amazing statistic when you think about it. M-Sport and Malcolm Wilson must be doing something right.
Also only one Subaru on the entry list... as Bob Dylan once said "The Times are a Changing"

And people wonder why Ford don't come back as a full manufacturer.
Whatever money they are paying him (those logos on the cars aren't free....) seems to be doing the job nicely enough. Why pay more?
Perhaps M-Sport are their own worst enemy?

Another spectator question. I've found all the info and videos of different zones online.
If you're in a spectator zone is there scope to walk down the stage or is it very strict? I suppose what I'm asking is will you essentially have the same view twice if you stay for both runs.
Secondly, how easy is it to transfer between stages? Any big queues/road closures etc?

It is a bit strict, I sugest moving to a different spectator zone between passes.
The traffic flows nicely within the acess roads, sometimes there might be some zones with large amounts of parked cars.
Re: Vodafone Rally de Portugal 2014
How far are the car parks away from the stages???? are they pretty close or is it an early start to get parked up and get a good spot....

The later you arrive, more you'll walk. Parking usually begins close to the stage.

Any locals know how far into Ourique this jump is? Before they cross under the highway?

Difficult to get to I assume?

Re: Vodafone Rally de Portugal 2014
Thanks Kielder. Looks like maybe a 30min walk - arriving very early to get around security?
