Great to see Stephane again. I'm used to only following him on one round of a major series each year. I think he is a contender for the win in Ypres.

Really fantastic entry list for this one, many different points of interest to follow.
Seems likely that Wilks will not start, but when he returns to IRC it should be with an Evo2 Fabia.
Wilks was on TV here last night having oxygen therapy to speed up his recovery but they said he expected to be back competing in 5-6 weeks, so it doesn't look he will be in Belgium, unfortunatelyQuote:

Althought it's a pity he has to miss this one, if he is going to miss one it makes sense for it to be this one in my opinion. The entry list is so strong in Belgium that I don't think a podium would have been realistic for Guy there, especially with a bad back.
Yes, but You know how many cyclists have health problems after they retire.Quote:

Sorry for double post but a top favorite has been removed Sarrazin is a replacement for Ogier! Not that Stephan isn't a Favorite aswell but I saw Ogier winning this much more than Stephane.
And I felt something was going on with Ogier with the Citroen promotion. :( Typical decision again from PSA
I can still see both in the entry list.

That's a pity, Sarrazin is good but he probably doesn't have the speed or cache of Ogier.
Maybe now Ogier is in the works team they want to protect him. Had he managed more than one stage in Sardinia I think there was a serious chance he would have been beaten last weekend.
I would tend to agree with you.Quote:

Will they make a full recovery?
I'm not strong in French but if I understand right his co-driver Gilles suffered broken femur and ankle while Julien some knee dislocation.
Just read that Freddy Loix will get 'same as factory' car for Ieper, so also the Evolution version....
Yes, it is true, Freddy will drive third factory car. :)Quote:

Freddy is carrying a lot of speed through the corners and looks like he's pushing very hard. I guess he really wants this win!
