The times he posted while working on race day setups have ZERO, NADA, ZILCH to do with what his qualifying times were.
So you think he should have been working on qualifying setups that day, huh? So you are more qualified than Barry Green on what they should or should not have been doing that day. Man I'd love to be there when you had the cajones to say that to Paul or Barry's face. Let me remind you that the temperatures that day were quite low, and the weather forecast for qualifying were for MUCH higher temperatures. And since the temperature is a HUGE factor in the setups, they felt it was a waste of time and tires to work on qualifying setups knowing that the data gained would be USELESS come Saturday. (I believe the time sheet in question was prior to knowing they would get more tires, but I may be worng about the timing of that.)
But no, Ken knows better. He knows they should have been working on qualifying that day. Priceless. Let us know when you get the job of team manager.
