Assume the budget didnt come together. Shame for him, the ERC and us fans wanting a title battle.

Last news from today on ERC website is not that definitive.
He has made the entry but still finds a way to finalise a deal.
Still, clearly absolutely no interest in this ERC season if he is not able to resume (the season would have lasted 3 rounds in that case); clearly becoming a third or fourth-tier championship with even some national championships (at least Spain, France, Czechia, Finland and probably Norway and even possibly Italy) being better than that.
A lot of work to do for the new promoter.
Has Solans’ team travelled to Poland on the offchance then?
Sesks and Torn could be interesting prospects here at least, Marczyk too.
ERC still has a good balanced calendar of different surfaces, extra competition from national drivers and good All-Live coverage for those willing to pay. But there is no doubt the quality of entries is lacking this year.

Great news ! :)
Kowax 2BRally Racing seem to say this will be the start of Solans co-operation with them in the 2022 ERC...

Well, excellent news if he finds a team supporting him and indeed, as Eddie said, the communication from the team lets imagine it is not the only race; let’s hope at least the deal covers Poland + Latvia (and for sure it’s better if more) to give him a margin.
Apparently the team in question races a lot in Czechia also so could sound positive for Barum (but not sure Vicek accepts to let his car for it).
Did he have Catalan support when driving for Spain lol. Whatever, it's a great outcome.
