It's certainly looking ominous from Jimmie again, it looked like Kurt's day for much of yesterday but the 48 was always there or thereabouts ready to pounce. Especially when other good cars (Montoya, Martin, Ambrose, Reutimann) fell by the wayside today - a win means a bigger points payoff [for now] when some of your challengers are in the garage.
Still, it's early days yet and there are others there up front to challenge at least and Harvick, Kenseth and Stewart racking in decent points without looking spectacular. Weird to see Jeff Gordon and Denny Hamlin back in the back so far, but plenty still to go at.
