The Euros that come to UK in a lot of cases can not speak the language or if they can, its very poor. All part of the reason i had to move away when i would walk up my high st and find that i was the odd one out listening to all the languages that were being spoken. Its a sad day when someone considers on this forum that i'm the one with the problem when all i want is for people that come to the UK to enjoy the benefits of living there that i just think that they should be able to talk in English to an acceptable level
