Track and wheelbase are different.the mechanichal parts are the same.

There is a different design of the air intake system and it must make some kind of difference...

From what I heard the placement of the radiator is also a bit different. With DS3 it's placed a bit higher and it has the sumpguard underneath to protect the bottom of the radiator.
