Yes, I'll try my best to find and show some video from Russian rally. For example, one stage with rally Sestroretsk winner ( 2 minutes from previous crew - they've started only witn 4th gear in gearbox)

As someone here knows, RallyRUS travels from rally to rally with our legendary Nakhapetobus - Chevrolet Sport Van G20 (1988, 5.7 litres of course). I've bought it 4 years ago, worked a little bit with car, and then we went 160 000 km in Russia and Estonia.

As someone here knows, RallyRUS travels from rally to rally with our legendary Nakhapetobus - Chevrolet Sport Van G20 (1988, 5.7 litres of course). I've bought it 4 years ago, worked a little bit with car, and then we went 160 000 km in Russia and Estonia.

It was difficult to refrain from questions when in start protocols opposite the name of Evgeny Novikov we saw Peugeot 207 instead of habitual Japanese cars. As soon as we met the team’s Director Dmitry Chumak we asked him “why? how? where from?”

On June 12 the 2-d round of the 2008 classic cars rally championship was held near Moscow. Only original cars produced before 31.12.1970 were allowed to participate. Cars produced later were also allowed but only as participants and outside the frames of qualification.

3 Russian teams - I mean Evgeny Novikov (off on SS2), Evgeny Vertunov (on photo, 6th in PWRC - overturned on SS19 but finished) and Evgeny Aksakov. Three pilots - and all of them Evgeny's... :)

Jne more famous race finished last week in Saint-Petersburg. It's trophy-raid "Ladoga-trophy" - the biggest off-road adventure in the world (1200 km, 268 participants)
