Looking at pics of shakedown stage, yep it looks like tarmac ;)
What happened to Szymon Ruta on(or before??)SS2 ??? :mark:
After first loop of stages today(SS2-3-4), Kuzaj leading in front of Kuchar, Kajto, Bouffier, Bebenek and Oleksowicz... ;)
Kuzaj car in fire and stage stopped for ambulance and rescue service(SS9)

Off road at the end of SS9 for Kuzi :s

Habaj 9th overal in C2 R2 Max. Go, Lukasz, go! :D
Was the car Kuzaj crashed in already in the ditch or parked upside next to the road?
http://rallyonline.pl:84/index.php?1...pnews&&s=24552 here is photo of Kuzaj car afer crash...
Kuchar stopped on the stage which means Bouffier is Polish Rally Champion for the third time. I'm disappointed but no doubt Bouffier deserved this title more than Kuchar. Kuzaj like always had some adventures, Kuchar simply wasn't fast enough and even in N-group car Bouffier won championship. Congratulations!!
PS Kuchar - engine failure due to one of the comment on http://www.rallyonline.pl still I think Bouffier deserved more this title he showed really awesome driving in N-group car.
;(
You gave link earlier sorry I omitted this post ;-)Quote:

Finally the victory goes to Kajetanowicz, in front op Oleksowicz (+2'14"5), Bebenek (+2'26"0) and Bouffier (+4'20"2). Bouffier is taking his third consecutive crown in Polish championship. :)
What a crazy rally...
it was the last race of the Polish Championship? if not, continuing the order of the Polish Championship?
Yes, it was the last round of Polish rally championship. Bouffier won the championship for the third time, this time in a group N car. Kuchar is second. Congratulations!!!
I don't know if you are aware, but Kuzaj went off the road after already crossing the finish line. He won the stage and... went off the road! Only Kuzi can do something like that! ;)
The second day was very dramatic. It was raining like hell and crews were dropping out of the event one after another... Kuchar (engine), Bouffier (gearbox), Malinski (accident, driver broke his ribs and was hospitalized), Protasov (accident), Butruk and many more fell victims of this difficult event...
You forgot to write that he did it second time (first time was na Rzeszowski Rally in 2003). Few years ago he also crashed into the car of the driver (C. Fuchs) waiting on/before the stop finish.Quote:

Forgive me Raven, my head is not big enough to remember all Kuzi's crashes :)Quote:

As every year, Barborka Rally will be the last rally event in Poland. It will be held on December 4 in Warsaw. The main star of this rally will probably be Luca Rossetti. Former European Champion will bring to Poland his works Fiat Punto S2000. Another foreign guests will be good old Tapio Laukkanen from Finland and the talented Dutchman Jasper van den Heuvel.
