They have heated windscreens.

Yeez, lets panic more.
They let Sordo in and he will just drive trough.
They are holding Tidemand and all rest at start, will probably see if they can move the cars before letting him in.
I think that's still unlikely since Greensmith is below the road and the guardrail is missing. So likely stage cancelled for rest.
But cars can get by now, so no worries for other stages atm.
Unlucky because in most other places you could push the car out of the road, there its impossible, armco on one side, slope on the other.
No fault of the organizers at all.
This is a joke. Its like formula nowadays, red flag asap something interesting happen. This is boring.
Spectators could move the car in couple of minutes! Warning to other drivers 500m before the place and continue. Fucking retards.
Rallying will be dead soon.
Evans Toyota had paper towels in the roof vents, to keep water from comimg in, and missing. So not very good seals on them.
Tons of snow coming down to SS12
OMG tell somebody to orga what a re-group was invented for
But they could have waited for the TowTruck to drag up the Fiesta, that might still be driveable, and pick op the rest of Veibys car, and continued.
Is it TV times that prevent them from doing this?
Veiby might have just helped Hyundai in their manufacturers hopes, with getting the stage red flagged :D
Wonder why Tanak was off the pace, whether it was different tyre option or something else etc
But rally from the beginning was without special stages, so we back to the roots. Just crawling through roads and hoping that car get on-time into TC ...
:burp:
10 min delay for next stage
Who has winter tyres in the boot?
they seem to be needing them for the next stages.
True, but still with average speed, as a regularity rally, as Monte Carlo Historique

I'm surprised more effort wasn't made to slow Veiby down approaching the scene...
I have no real issue with stopping the stage under the circumstances. Given how frequent stage stoppages can be now with the (semi) all seeing eye of All Live, the small number of stages on modern WRC itineraries, combined with the already short length of rallies, are a disaster. A few cancelled stages and you barely have a rally! It embarrassing and the WRC bubble need to wake up...
"Call for plows!!! it SNOW on SS12 or we cancel all rally!" somewhere at MonzaRally HQ
