With 1min 40sec deficit to Neuville over some hundred kilometers, eg. a second per kilomter? Yes, if others have problems in which case deficit is meaningless.

If Solberg gets, then why should not get Rossel and Virves?

As they are all far away from others and fighting with each other, nothing changes if everyone gets and no one gets.

Maybe. But I have never seen him using a handbrake in 4th gear corner. Already from the drone footage from the twisty section you could see the underwear was massive
