FFSA (French federation) published an interesting press release today.
The program for Fourmaux was already announced (WRC2)
Also Yoann Rossel (French champion of 2019, aged 25) will compete in WRC3 with a C3 R5: Monte, Portugal, Sardegna, Finland, Germany and Wales
Last but not least, they announce that PY Loubet will do some round in a WRC! Car and program not announced yet.

They only talk about several rounds in the main category with no further information.
Not really surprised about it because there were some rumors and he seems to have good backing from Qatar as he was able to go to Australia last year.
However, I wait to see the car.
Citroen would be a bad idea in my opinion because Ostberg´s 2017 season has shown how difficult it is to run a 2017 WRC without the support of à manufacturer.
M-Sport seems the most logical, maybe in the 4 Greensmith-less round (Sweden, Kenya, New Zealand, Japan) or in a 4 th car for European rallies. The 4th car seems a better idea because I’m not sure Sweden is a gift with so little snow experience.
Well deserved for him because he was one of the most interesting drivers in R5 last year
PhSport running a C3 WRC vs Ostberg in 2017 are totally different things.
Adapta and Jipocar were experienced team when it comes to run pre-2017 car.
Ostberg’s 2012 was with Adapta.
Yes, PH sport is a bigger team and they had success in 2016 but they don’t have a huge experience about 2017 cars at the highest level.
I do not say they would be pathetic but M-Sport would be a better option imho.
If ph-sport will run the c3's, they surely will do it with the help and support of citroen.
As a privateer its nearly impossible, but PH is not run as a private company.
