It is very early to say. There are many negotiations now. It may be 15, it may be 5. We must wait.

Romanian rally driver Ernest Mulner (currently driving a Group A Skoda Fabia TDI) told me a couple of days ago that he can gather a fairly reasonable budget and the backing of local Skoda dealer Delcar, but Skoda Sport doesn't want to sell him a Fabia S2000 for the '09 season.

And the Czechs refused the offer to test the new car on the extensive network of rough gravel roads in Romania.
