A much better race result than I was expecting actually. Not where I want to be but not falling back too far either. A podium finish is still possible, and I'm hoping Sergio and Bottas get into the points soon!
And N. Jones, I hope your emergency room visit wasn't for anything serious or long term. Thanks for taking the time to run the FGP, it's probably my most stress relieving online time!
Yellow Jens GP Racing Team is having a bit of a smile. Our goal was at least fourty points per Grand Prix and we just - only just - fulfilled this aim this time! Race-by-race results are improving (33 pts in Oz, 35 in Mal). Hopefully we can keep up the positive trend!
But we must improve further as an over-all team, because once again we are mainly relying on our excellent chassis, which brought the win. Meanwhile Mercedes engine was third best and drivers scoring nothing again. We can't rely only on chassis all season if we want to challenge at the front of the field.
23rd in the championship is encouraging though. We hope our chassis keeps performing and the drivers actually start performing one day too!
Nope. Mild dehydration in the 4 year old. Some fluids and meds to get his temperature down and we were all good. It just took six hours to get to a good point!Quote:

Thankfully Pérez performed much better this time. :p : And Mercedes engine was second best instead of third this time. However, unfortunately for the first time this season the Ferrari chassis broke down. Well, still can't find the balance, so that the whole package performs well. Must still wait. :p :
