A very sad end of Perico's Rally Prealpi Orobiche, his Fiesta WRC caught a fire already on the first stage:

On the second stage retaired also Corrado Fontana, winnner of the first round of I.R.C.cup rally. In the moment on the first place Matteo Gamba(Xsara WRC), followed by Felice Re !!
Perico was unlucky but fire didn't look too bad (assuming it didn't get worse) so also lucky too I guess.Quote:

Ucci won the Costa Smeralda(in front of Scandola) and was back to te 207 S2000 ;)
He won (very convincingly and to be honest, expected..) the CIR classment, but even more interesting were his times compared to WRC2 (Kubica&Co), he was constantly faster than many WRC runners....The old fox is still very fast. I hope he will retain his speed and motivation for next season-one P208 R5 is reserved for him..Quote:

I don't think Pug would be ready for Sanremo. The homologation is scheduled to January if I'm not mistaken.
