Meeke saying he doesn't have the pace to compete. That doesn't sound good for Citroen.

I also miss the sound, but at least the quality is good.

Don't understand... Gorban started early and was well into the stage before 9:08 (on live maps)... any ideas?
Desborough claiming that studded tyres give as much grip on snow as tarmac tyres on tarmac! What a complete cock. This man wants removing from the commentary before he damages the WRC brand. Simply unacceptable.
Looks like Henning completed his first stage without an incident...
the goal of the rally now must be to beat the stepson on one SS, just to make a point! :D
Hanninen and Lukyanuk doing a bit better today.
FIA have canned SS12 due to average speed
These cars are going to be lifting way too high at the front when it comes to Finland...
Hard for Paddon.... his face tells all
Mirek is right, average speed means nothing.
Bit of a joke to be cancelling stages when FIA came up with rules that make the cars faster in the corners.
Neuville with opened door. Like a boss.

Tanak again faster at 1st split

"Much better than yesterday. There's more fresh snow so it's still hard to fight with the guys starting behind us but we keep pushing"
Tanak fastest so far...
Tanak now 9,2 from Latvala.
quite good explanations from Latvala. I agree with that
If you have a sixth tyre/wheel, can you dump it at some point? Or do the rules say you have to return with as many as you leave with?
Mads was carzy on a jump
Mads looks good on this stage.
SS Knon - Historics cancelled due to spectator injury.
WRC due to speed.
I chose the wrong stage to spectate :/
Řstbergs Ford looks a bit softer than the other Fiesta 17s.
Good question! IIRC, Bar codes of the tyres the cars left the service park with are given to the Scrutineers. In theory, Scrutineers can check the tyre bar codes before the start of any stage. They can also weigh the cars, then. If two spares are carried, one must be removed for weighing anyway, so I cant think which regulation would require you to always carry a second spare (but there probably is one!)
EDIT
Found it!
60.11 SPARE WHEELS
Cars may carry a maximum of two spare wheels.
Any complete wheel fitted on the car or installed inside the car during servicing must reach the next service
park or the next area where a tyre change is authorised. No complete wheel may be loaded on or taken off
the car elsewhere than in the service parks or the areas where a tyre change is authorised
Regulations say you need to come back with same tires and same amount of them you leave the service (or tire fitting zone). Of course always some "force majoure" possible.
FIA are pathetic
