Japan and Russia?

Japan and Russia?
No sorry, not Japan and Russia, further south.
Hmm, maybe my original guess then:
Australia and Papua New Guinea.
USA and China?
Sorry, not Australia, PNG nor USA.....
Definitely China. They always pretend. The other 3 must be from the neighbourhood.
Yes, China is one of them......Quote:

I thought they were still involved with Macau, but I am now in the corner . :(
Can't think which country it could be now erm.....
Taiwan?
China and the Phillipines?
Yes Taiwan is one of the other countries, although the other 2 main ones are Vietnam and the Phillipines, these islands are uninhabited and I think it's all to do with mineral and fishing rights. Malalsia and Brunei also want a piece of them.Quote:

Yes Caroline I would have accepted those, however RaikkonenRules beat you by a smidgin. Sorry.
OK then here goes...
What are the two longest roads in the UK and which is the only county in which both of these roads pass through?
Ummm there are probably a lot of members here who have never even been to the UK.
Uhhh how about M1 and M4 and Kent?
No neither of them are the longest and neither of them enter Kent.
As a guess I'd say neither of them are motorways, so I'm going for the A1 and A5 and my guess is Hampshire!
A1 is one of the longest but neither that or the A5 enter Hampshire.
One of them is the road to Hell.
Anyone else want to have a guess, I presume the A1 is one of them! the road to Hell is in Norway isn't it?
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hell,_Norway
The A1 is the longest. Well done to Camelopard  Come on British forumers you ought to know better about your own road network than someone from the otherside of the world :p :
Now for the second longest and the county which they both cross.
I seem to give a lot of threads the 'kiss of death', maybe it's my new username.Quote:

A7 is wrong it only runs from Edinburgh to Carlisle just outside of Scotland.
So am I right in guessing Yorkshire? :)Quote:

Alright, the one next to Yorkshire :) .Quote:

Don't know the english counties and where are they but just for fun I'll try Gloucestershire. In case there is such county.
Gloustershire does exist but it is the wrong answer.
The A82 from Glasgow to Inverness is *rather* long, but I don't know if it's enough.
Rutland :D , OK, I'll go and stand in the corner for 10 minutes  .Quote:

The A6 and Lincolnshire
Wrong A6 does not run in Lincolnshire. But you are very close with the road. The A6 is only just beaten to 2nd longest. Your close with the county too.
Nottinghamshire?
