That would be a pretty solid attack for D&R, for atleast the RC's. Not sure how they will do on the long ovals as they are still a step behind, but with less long ovals on the schedule this year, they should be alright. It will be fun to see PT at Loudon and Milwaukee again if he ends up full season.

Sounds like he had a FT deal locked up with a Canadian oil company until the Edmonton fiasco. No word since the council voted it back on. Also sounds like Geico is still behind him for ABC races. A multi-corporate attack, whatever works and I still think he'll end up at KV from what Jeemy said a couple months ago. Looking at the results KV gets from race weekends he's there, you can tell he brings a lot to the other guys.

GoDaddy will also sponsor Ryan Hunter-Reay for next year. His color scheme will be the opposite pattern of Danica's but still green & black.

So they are sponsoring BOTH RHR and Danica or is there another big announcement in the wings??

I take it RHR won't be posing in swimsuits or embarking on an, um, underwhelming NASCAR career to earn the GoDaddy cheque?

That aside, we do seem to have a lot of solid good news in the series, so here's hoping for a good 2011.

Makes sense, GoDaddy has to get SOME type of return for their investment. Might as well get it from somebody that isn't at the back ala Mark Martin on the other side.

Who is Simona's new sponsor?

The rumors of Simona leaving HVM aren't true. They've inked a sponsor to a multi-year deal and will have an announcement in a few weeks.

They're also looking at a ride buyer, who might be JK Vernay, Sebastien Saavadra or some guy no one has ever heard of with a check.

Keith is doing his best to build HVM around Simona. In my opinion the best way smaller teams can build is to find talented, marketable young drivers, sign them to multi-year deals and build sponsorship and the team over time.
