Just look what Mikko did back in 2008 in Argentina SS1. No problems at all. You're underestimating current drivers and machinery enormously.
I'm dissapointed.
ET? Who is that?Quote:

there were given stage times to the competitors in SS7 (based on their SS5 and SS6 results). Results will count until SS7 for day 1. You can get the day times at World Rally Championship - Results - Vodafone Rally de Portugal
Looking at the leaderboard and analyzing the times, Ott Tanak, that will Rally 2 tomorrow, has lost 15 mins as he slid off in the first stage of the day. Breen has bravely finished SS5 with a 20 minute gap from Sordo, after lots of stops and moves. It would have been better for him if he retired after the first stop - he would lose way less time...
I think that Rally 2 regulations must be reviewed for the upcoming years....

Looks like it is correct, but it is completely unfair. Ford is lucky that three stages were cancelled.Quote:

Yes, this is an injustice for Breen. He is now surely right out of the running. Of major interest today will be whether Paddon can chase down the SWRC cars in front.Quote:

No, it is not correct, Petter has 10 minutes and Latvala +Tänak+Neuville each have +15 min. But the 5 minutes is added for the stage winners time on their class. So, Sordo was extremely fast and therefore Solberg loses only 7.5 minutes and Latvala around 11 minutesQuote:

Tänak: Easy to say from video, but had he just braked and tried to reverse, he might have been able to get back on road with help from spectators. But, he had to make split second decision.
BIG SPECLATION: Had DMack taken big risk and taken tyres they used in Wales, who knows where Ketomaa could have been...
And: hats off to young Novikov, Östberg, Sandell and Prokov. Solid work when more experienced driver made stupid mistakes!
But Petter retired on SS6 so surely should get a 5 min penalty for SS6 and another 5 min for SS7. So are you saying it's true that SS7 was cancelled and therefore his 5 min penalty for that stage is wiped off?Quote:

and from that I picked up Petter only got a 5 min penalty for SS6 and avoided it on SS7? Is Colin being a bit slow again?

Just curious, how Dani could be so fast at the 2nd day?!
Looks as if Both him and Jari had a right Bollucking after their indescretions. `Brain on the dashboard ` tomorrow then?????Quote:

Sandell :D
If Mads and Novikov fell back automatically Sandell is 2nd
all these if they keep their positions as they are now,but i doubt it with this weather.
I spoke with Evgeny Novikov. He said that tomorrow it`s will be raining again.Quote:
