Sarrazin drives with clutch problems since the start of day 2 :(
The long two stages will be the decisive instants; find good compromise between drive attack and the tyres management. All could happen!!
Three questions for the French people:
Is Brunson already French champion now or on which position must he finish to secure the title?
#87 Nelson Panciatici is the circuit driver I think?
Who is the co-driver of #14 Sylvain Polo?
Thanks to answer them.
Indeed excellent times by both Sarrazin in old whale and Bouffier in non-works 207. Hope to see both on Monte again. Tanak is doing pretty well on his first WRC drive on tarmac too, but I guess Latvala isn't pushing to the max?
[quote="Wim_Impreza"]Three questions for the French people:
Brunson is only 4 points behind Nantet he just need to be safe at the end.
Nelson Panciatici he's circuit driver and the son of Jacques Panciatici rallye driver 80th
The co-driver of Sylvain Polo is SLO from Monaco

Thanks, René.
Anyone have any good photos of Tänak at Rallye du Var?
There is some news from "LMT Rally team" that Courtois (Nr.33) has serious roll. SS8 stopped.
Bouffier show!!!

Eric Brunson has had a engine problem (turbo pipe) in the last stage of the day! he lost practically three minutes on the area, changing down in the overall classification. he still scores enough points to be announced tomorrow but his margin is seriously reduced....
French Championship classification after 9 stage
Brunson 90pts
Nantet 85pts
Roché 85pts
Tanak tyres after the stage

Mirek, I do not know if tyres are one of the reasons, but a thing is sure, all contestants in the top of the classification know this rally as their garden. What is not the case of Latvala and Tanak. And this is a big difference for the result.
Yes but still if they are on WRC control tyres, it's big disadvantage for them. These tyres have one common thread for dry or wet surface and therefore looses a lot to slicks.
Does anyone know has Latvala onboard camera?
EDIT: Yes he has. But with no intercom audio, so nothing.

How is that possible? You said yes at my question that the title fight was between Nantet and Brunson...Quote:

Good for Porsche!! After Vallejo, who won Spanish cahampionship in 2009 (with Cup car)we have a new 911 champion. And this with old 996 GT3. Hero for me!!Quote:
