Yes, drivers like Re or Fontana are no competition for top Italian drivers as well - be it Basso, Andreucci, Rossetti or Scandola.
Another scratch to complete a perfect loop this morning. Great.
@ Jarek Z, I think you can probably compare the level of Fontana, Pedersoli etc to guys like Olekskowicz. ;)
I can't agree. Oleksowicz has been competing for years in top cars and never won anything important. Fontana at least won a few international events, so I expected more from him...Quote:

And Oleksowicz lost 3 :)

Everything depends on surface, type of stages. Macek made a big progress on the beginning of year 2011, especially on Croatia Rally he was able to be on same speed like Iliev, Betti or Longhi (despite he had technical problems), and Bosphorus Rally, where he was fighting for overall win with Avci, Travaglia and Betti. He has never been good on fast bumpy tarmac like Ypres or Barum. I think that Macek and Corrado are on similar level - on some events they are able to be very fast, on others only average...Quote:

And judging from what I saw last week not so hot on wet gravel or smooth tarmac either.Quote:
