Well as regards the last two stage cancellations,Peter Scott who was on the Turini today was told by the Police there that the reason for the stage cancellations was that some Spanish spectators who had been drinking had fallen down a hillside,and some were badly injured,and he was also told there were another two incidents as well involving spectators being injured.It's only second hand information,but he believed it to be true

In my opinion in this health and safety BS world we live in the organisers should be given credit for at least giving it a go rather than wimping out in the first place, which I bet you would be criticizing them for ;)

Stage cancelations are unusual these days, but nothing new, grow a set and get over it.
