I wouldn't say that, they've got an improved engine and downforce with more to come apparently. Besides they've got the flappy paddle thing.
After VW they probably evolved most so far.

' To start the new season, several significant upgrades have been made to all three of the DS 3 WRCs entered: engine, suspension, aerodynamics, gearbox, etc. “The DS 3 WRC is a very accomplished car, but we have worked hard to make it even more competitive,” commented Xavier Mestelan-Pinon, Citroën Racing’s Technical Director. “For example, we have focussed our efforts on the engine so that it delivers more power and torque, whilst also improving reliability. Taking advantage of the changes in the regulations, we have reintroduced steering wheel-mounted paddles for the gear changes. Other significant improvements have been made to the aerodynamics, with a new spoiler and a new front end that will be introduced shortly, as well as to the weight distribution with the use of lighter parts. Lastly, we have altered the kinematics of the rear suspension. Work is ongoing and, in the next few months, we will be presenting another aerodynamic upgrade.”
do not take British people seriously when it comes to rallying... especially when it comes to events 2 years away... anything can change until then.
i am not British unfortunately, but i am also not a rally reporter...
Lets hope Citroen stays in WRC untill 2017, and than again full force factory team.
Ford should wake up again to, so M-sport can keep the car up-to-speed.
Anyone seen pictures of how the new Hyundai WRC wil look. Should be better than the I20 they have now.
Something about normal cars now, but still interesting. The first thing that come close to the Subaru's and Mitsubishi's of 10 years ago?
