Here results from Vrchovina. Many crews retired before start. SS3/7 canceled for terrible road conditions. In the rest it seems the starting positions plays a big role.

Yes, to take points for Sprint championship. Only MMČR is opened for international licenses.

It was one messy event to say the truth. A lot of canceled stages, many penalties coming and disappearing, many offs and accidents. Many crews retired before start or after first stages. In the end there is a truly surprising winner - Polish driver Mariusz Malyszczycki!
