Of course, it is premeditated. I hope it won't be the start of something. It's ironic that thousands of fans have been praying for sunny days before the event. At the end, there was a bigger enemy. Man is a wolf to man.

Went to Guimarães today. Great spectacle seeing those cars being driven on those World Heritage beautiful roads. Great setting for the cerimonial start! I bet the photos with the castle appearing behind look great.
The Mayor of Ponte de Lima just spoke on the television and said that the 'epicentre' of the fire is in fact where the special stage is due to take place. He also said that the authorities are doing everything they can to allow the special stage to take place normally and also said that the info he has right now is that no decision was made at the moment regarding cancellation.
