I know this is a tough q and I will probably settle for the country, if no one gets it by the start of Sat morning test I will surrender the answer, unless there are objections. FYI; The more I look into this the more amazing it seems in a meteorological sense. The capital city is on the coast of the Atlantic, and the source appears to be very close to the coastline. This leads me to believe that there is a ridge very close to the shoreline making the eastern escarpment of the ridge the beginning of the source. That part is speculation because I haven't looked at a topo map.
