Americans currently have the top 5 but that could change.
There is no scam, some people are just more concerned about their reputation than others. :D

I made an interesting discovery tonight.
If you click on the rep scales in one of YOUR posts
a pop-up will tell you what rep you have received for that particular post.
I found stuff that was said that I had not seen before, it's a cool feature I think. :D

Addendum: Checking my control panel I see that I have infact recieved a rep.

Apprently I'm a "sexist dog". I assume this stems from a "joke" I made that pales into insignificance compared to comments made by other posters in the past..... hmmm.... Interesting.
