It is wrong. He is champion now. He dont need to finish the rally...
Of course Pluto is right. Neuville needs to win every rally and every PS until the end of the season - France, Spain and GB. As he ( Thierry ) lost the win in PS in France he's unable to become world champion anymore. So Ogier is champion no matter if he manage to finish the rally.

You are not correct. If Sordo finish the rally, he will receive 3 points from powerstage. If he will not finish, nobody will have 3 points. Bonus points from powerstage will not reallocate.
People of best-of-rally-live should be more informed about the regulations in order not to confuse wrc fans.They really dissapointed me!
