And it's also logistically expensive for teams and drivers from central Europe. We have still NORF and that's imo enough. Give ERC rallies to countries that don't have a WRC event.Quote:

Well, there won´t be an ERC round in countries which already got a WRC round. So no ERC round in Sweden and Finland.
And because of the weather: already Jänner Rallye was crazy from this point of view. But Winter in whole middle/western/eastern Europe seems to be crazy this year.
And yes, don´t forget the locals in their Group N-Mitsubishis or even S2000-cars. Just look at Baumschlager, Harrach or Orsak (who is, although a Czech driver, a regular participant there) at Jänner Rallye.
Update (5 min ago). Road between -3.8 and -4.6, air -0.4..-1.2, some fresh snow near Kuldiga overnight, but not everywhere. Low sun and some clouds.
