After first three second day's stages Andreucci took the lead in this rally, as expected...Interesting, on the second run Andreucci managed almost 30 seconds faster time as from the first run (18,3 km of the stage). That is impressive. Travaglia is in a closed battle with Gamba, yust few second apart on every stage.
Turbo problem for Travaglia who loses more than 2 minutes :(
But with the last loop of stage to go, still battle for third(and victory in TRT)between Ceccoli and Trentin ;)
Looks like Ucci found his usual speed.
Perico is disappointing so far.
I really would like to see Travaglia back in S2000, grN car is not fast enough for his rivals in s2000.
Indeed, Paolo Andreucci put things were they belong....he won with a solid margin against his biggest rival, young Umberto Scandola. Third, Mauro Trentin already more than minute and half behind. Again very solid result from DS3 R3T driver Cempedelli and also astonishing performance by Finish driver Pajunen in Twingo R2-tenth place, in front of much stronger opposition with front driven cars and even some N4 cars....Quote:

Besides Scandolas puncture it was from solid margin. Pretty close I would say.
This coming week-end Rally della Lanterna, tarmac championship event(TRA)counting as second appointment of the italian Citroėn DS3 Trophy ;)

Suprise to me at the Lanterna: the return of swiss driver Devis Cremona at the wheels of a DS3 R3(running the italian trofeo) :)
Pitty: no Alessandro Bettega this time, though :mark:
Rallye della Lanterna: after four stages already a massive advantage by Italian tarmac king Felice Re. On the other hand close battles between DS3 drivers.
