Messi didn't actually score at the end, he took on 4 and crossed. The deflection sent it to Sanchez to poke home.
Never the less Messi won that game for Barca with that last driving run.
Funny he was terrible today and yet still scored and created the winner.
Bale scores on his debut!
who? :p

And they did not win... Nice!

I'm really liking Victor Moses as a player. He seems to have a nice touch on the ball and an awareness to find other players with longish passes.
What annoyed me about the 2-2 result was that Shelvey scored after 87 seconds. GAH! What? Why do Liverpool keep on letting players who can score, go? You can't win unless you score and you can't score if you keep on letting people go who can.
Still top of the league, which after four matches hasn't happened since well... since I can't remember.

In reality though, if Shelvey had stayed, he would never have played. There is no way he would force his way into an attacking midfield already containing Gerrard, Coutinho, Henderson (who is playing really well), Sterling, Moses (now) etc. At best he may have played the occasional League Cup game, and had a few minuted off the bench.Quote:
