Tanak back on the move apparently.
Tanak restart again
Loeb pushing hard on SS9
some comparisons to last year
ss Laajavouori (2010) 2:33 winner Solberg
ss Laajavouori (2011) 2:37 winner Loeb
only this stage was exactly the same between the two years.....
Looks like JML had a "big" moment on this stage, luckily he survived it.
Tanak lost almost 3,5 minutes compared to Juho, so that battle is unfortunally also over.
LATVALA J.-M. / ANTTILA M. "I had a moment at the beginning. I have low car and it was rutty. We lost a bit, never mind." from rally.cz
Real shame for Ketomaa and Lindroos. This could be the end of their hopes of more high profile international events. Shame for Tänak too. Hänninen will now cruise bored to the victory.
Driving to Mynnilä from Koukunmaa. Didn't find really find a good spot. Also far less spectators than on the previous stages around Jyväskylä, most noticeably no international spectators. Perhaps most choosed Hyväneula which was only stage run twice.
New leader Ogier....
Ogier in the lead :)
Seems like Miko is pushing on this one as well, he will be in pointscoring position after this one i suppose.
Latvala fell into ditch as car started sliding after sumpguard hit the ruts.
Laajavuori was little different last year. The artificial jump at the beginning was removed for this year.
I think (and I hope) Jari-Matti is controlling the situation and he is not pushing so much, to start behind on the 3rd day...

Wait, no splits for Mikko...
EDIT: ok he finished the stage
SS7 Koukunmaa stopped and will be a liason for the remaining crews. Someone went off, but no news who or where.
Damn long spectator liasons due to new route.
Yesturday at SS3 I saw Ketomaa`s run and it was too much sideways. Local drivers are fast in Finland, but when they start to be a spectacular - they crashed. Look at Rantanen, Ketomaa...
P.S.: JML was too sideways to.
P.P.S.: Novikov out of the rally at SS8 - fuel pump.
is there any working livestream from the live broadcasting in 2 hours from MTV3 finland?
If everything goes well for Mikko, he can finish the rally in 5th place. Unless retirements from the top drivers, obviously.
This days proves to be as destructive as predicted. Retirements poor in.
Apparently Ketomaa's on the move again though?
if there will be some tactic play´s it also might help hirvonen a bit.
Watch this space, I think he can go higher because Loeb and Ogier can see that the Fiesta has the necessary speed for JML to beat them so they have to push hard tomorrow, Ogier particularly. It's those circumstances that have seen little Seb make errors this yearQuote:

Why?? Is this a new way of describing 'let's get both cars to a top 10 finish' policy. Already both Minis are faster than the Customer cars and they won't be trying for outright paceQuote:

Ogier choked before, in Mexico and Argentina. Loeb will never crash.Quote:

Which means absolutely nothing, both are great drivers.
Yeah what a disgrace. You seem to forget that Sordo has been a top-line WRC driver for 5 years. Btw, Meeke's been faster on some stages, and otherwise pretty equal to Sordo. You're just nitpicking.Quote:

Meeke has been faster than Sordo on 4 stages so far during this rally, despite not having competed in Finland for over 5 years. He and Paul have earned their place in WRC the tough way and not through the silver spoon method that so many have found themselves there with. His pace has been damned impressive and I am damned proud of my countrymen who are showing that they can hold their own with the best in the world.
So if you are slower than Sordo, then you are a pussylicker. Conclusion - the whole forum users are pussylickers then :D
and you sure could use better words than that...or is it the only other english word you know apart for the +1 ?????
Its not his fault that you never get to lick any pussy.Quote:
