If you look closely at the front part of that car you will notice that it is... Impreza N13 :)Quote:

Yes, Citroen C2 R2 challenge, which turned out to be a great success this season, will continue next year. Jan Chmielewski http://www.rallyonline.pl/ft.php?idg=3281&pg_[go]=9 , the winner of the challenge, collected two prizes - a road car Citroen C2 VTS and a special kit to built a rally C2 R2 Max.
Interesting piece of news is that Pawel Stefanicki announced that he will drive Honda Civic R3 in the Polish championship next year. He's not a bad driver and he will be backed by Honda Poland, so I expect some good results!
As we're already at the start of 2009, does someone know when Peugeot Polska will give decision regarding 2009 rally championship ???
Nobody knows that yet, but while waiting for this decision why not watch a video featuring Jan Chmielewski and his Citroen? :)Quote:

Rajd Rzeszowski will be apart of Polish championship also part of Slovak championship in 2009. That also means some Czech crews will probably be there.
It is about opening a new N4- class, similar to Subaru Narway Cup in my opinion
You're right, urabus. It should be pure group N cars with stock brakes, gearbox and diffs. Drivers count with 25% costs savings for running these cars. N4- should have their own class, but would also score in general Gr. N classification. This idea is currently on the table of polish ASN.
Great idea,hope it realises :)
I hope polish drivers will finally understand that there is something else than top spec cars. The main problem is in the their heads.
When S2000 it must be this year's version , when Lancer then Evo IX in the yesterday's spec, when lower class then C2 R2 (of course the most wanted is MAX version).
The most funny in this pursuit for perfection was changing the car from N12 to N14 or from Evo VII to Evo VIII MR :D :D :D
"Problem"(disagreement) with polish championship new regulations for Bouffier and Peugeot Polska ???
http://www.autoklub.pl/23114,hotnews.html
bouffier says new regulations are not bad, just forces different tactics, especially during second day.Quote:

OK thanks I frankly understood the opposite then
Why do they mention Peugeot Polska and polish rallies championship on Autoklub article about today's Peugeot-Sport press conference in Paris ???
http://www.autoklub.pl/23352,news.html
From the translation I understand that they were only present there?
There is only written, that Peugeot Sport Polska will be the biggest favourite in national championship (like Andreucci in Italy and Magalhaes in Portugal). Nothing more.

Not a bad beginning of the year for Krzysztof Holowczyc. In January he was 5th in the famous Dakar Rally, in February he became the "official face" of Atlantic watches company and today he confirmed that he will drive Ford Focus WRC on the Rally of Poland in June. The car will come from Stobart or Munchi's team. Good luck to Holek!
Really great news!!!Quote:

PS: Kuchar was on entrylist but didn't run the event...
Kuchar was ill. I don't know anything about Kuzaj.Quote:
