What license plate is on that car? Doesn`t look like a finnish temporary plate or Est. SP plate, a japanese one?
Yellow plate is called KOE-kilpi. It's a different kind of Finnish temporary plate.
In very simplified way: Red and white sticker is for short temporary usage in exact car. Yellow plate is for company use. It can be used in any car.
and word KOE is TEST in english. Those test plates can only be used inside Finland.Quote:
