Reason they did this now is to get him to start the PS ahead of Neuville. With Greensmith and Meeke out he'd be 2nd WRC on the road otherwise.
Don't think it matters much tbh, but last year Suninen took a penalty so that Ogier doesn't start 5th but 6th instead...
Forexample Suninen had dont cut in Meekes corner. He went definetely to deep there. Feel sorry and looks like Toyota seat is bit farer for next year.
At the moment bigest fan of Ogier must be Neuville. If Seb passes Mikkelsen, Thierry could climb up two places closer to Tanak by team strategy. #WRCLive

no need Ogier beat Mikkelsen
.. for the moment
Ogier 10pts
Neuville 6pts
--------------
if strategy then
Ogier 12pts
Neuville 10pts
Breen was only here as an insurance if one of the other team-mates didnt finish. And he's already proven his pace, so there's no issue with him dropping a place.
The good thing for me is Lappi holding his 2nd place. He really wouldnt have deserved to have had to drop that to help Ogier.

Kris Meeke - bloody hell, how stupid can you be. 40 years old, getting sacked last year for exactly this kind of stupid shit and just keeps going like that. Nobody else to blame but himself.
Started this year appearing all cool and confident with high hopes. Now half a season in, he hasn't proved any change except for his offs to be less dramatical compared to in the Citroën

This helicopter video from half a kilometer distance is nicely showing the Finnish nature but not much more...
So I guess it's Tanak for the win...the question is can Ogier defend his title this year or....well just Ogier, don't think IMHO Neuville can stop either of them...
We will see, it's been an interesting and close year. When one driver is pulling away, next rally they have a bad one and the other catches up.
I would not bet on Neuville however, I think the title will be between Tänak and Ogier. Tänak is who I'd bet on, depending on how many problems the Toyota will give

Spectacular drive from Kristoffersson :) The Polo looks ridiculously soft but it works obviously.
Where is Camilli?
Pity no Ouninpohja jump anymore. This one coming right at the end of the stage isnt that special with no corner to follow.
Gryazin finishing ahead of Huttunen is maybe a bit surprising. I think it's first time in Rally Finland for Gryazin?
Camilli seem to start three positions later than he should have done. Also very cautios on the jumps. Is it him or the issues Suninen had in Estonia are not solved?
Well done Kalle! Not easy to be a favorite to win and actually do that witout any mistake.
quite heavy landing on nose for Kalle
Hat's off for Kalle and Jonne!!! Great driving through out the weekend. :)
Also good performances from Nikolay/Jaroslav and Jari/Mikko.
Neuville airlines, almost 60m jump :D
Neuville just flew behind the measurement banners :D
Ogier went even wilder, wow

Ogiers landing could have been really bad
Freddie was complaining that the jump is not interesting enough :)
Crossing my fingers that Latvala doesn't go off on this one..

Mad jump by Ogier... but no corner to follow.
