No rain in the morning, roads will likely be damp and verges will be very wet from last few day's rain and the rain this morning, 2nd runs will be mucky, some wind but rain due around 14.30 local time, so SS4 onwards. Temp no more than 6/7c maximum. Should make things interesting.

P.S. Local time 12:48 is 13:48 in central Europe.
QS is going to be pretty important given the road conditions.. first drivers on the stages should have an advantage with less mud.
When we came off the ferry there it was lovely sunshine. 10mins up the road it started to rain pretty heavy! Now dry again! QS could be very interesting!

The Qualifying Stage will set the order in which drivers will choose their starting position for leg one of the rally – a potentially crucial decision on an event where the roads can become muddier with each car that passes through. As we saw on Rally Islas Canarias, drivers may well choose to run as high up the order as possible, making a fast Qualifying Stage time valuable.
I'm not that confident that Evans will be that quick. It's not him that I'm concerned about, but the DMACK aren't really proven on tarmac are they? How about Irish tarmac, do many folks us them over there?
