Manchester United and Barcelona have dominated the Champions League for the past few years. The stats between them are incredible.

Man Utd have reached 3 of the last 4 finals (2008, 2009, 2011), Barcelona have reached 3 of the last 6 (2006, 2009, 2011).

Both have 3 European Cups wins, which seems less than what you'd expect from these too huge clubs.

ManU is very underrated.They will give Barca a run for their money.I wouldn't be surprised either way.

Man Utd close in on a record 19th league title after a 2-1 win over Chelsea. The first half for Man U was amazing. So much power and pace. Playing like that they could really upset Barcalona. I think Sir Alex has a dilema of who to pick up front. Park, Valencia, Rooney and Hernandez work so hard for each other, but this means leaving out our most skilled player, Nani.

It will be amazing to see United step ahead of Liverpool in league titles.

I wonder if Sir Alex may think of calling it a day now he has bettered Liverpool.

At the other end of the table, Blackpool could potentially stay in the Premier League by winning on the very last day of the season... against today crowned champions Man United :eek:

West Ham Relegated. Which is fair enough, but the way they sacked Grant was very disappointing.

Too sack him in the tunnel about 5 minutes after the game, then send him out to face the press is not right.

Under the "fair play" regulations, it's possible that Blackpool could be playing in the Europa League depending on how results and cards fall.
That'd be weird if it were to happen. A team from the Championship playing in Europe.

Since Birmingham won the Carling Cup, Don't they play in the Europa? They're right on the cusp of being relegated too.

Aye. As winners of the League Cup, they are entitled to a spot in the Europa League.

Birmingham City will be allowed to play in the Europa League next season after being granted a licence by Uefa.
There were concerns the club's financial situation might prevent them from competing in the tournament.
