I don't see any point in that, besides winning it and earning a WRC2 program. He's got much more to lose than to win.

One thing is certain, Kubica is not qualified for WDC in Rally, not currently anyway. The important thing is what he really wants. If it is to drive WRC, why not, everyone which has such possibility can do that, the more, the better. For sure he can't fight with Ogier & Latvala, but we can say with same weight to other teams and drivers in WRC factory teams.
