That Manta looks great!! Some problems on the top because the decals size are not the best for this Ixo, but much better than the Vitesse one. Congratulations!!Quote:

This looks mint and if you ever have any different Rothmans backed models to sell Andrew Nesbitt's co driver James O'Brien would buy
Two of the latest additions to my collection:
The Lancer WRC is from the Spanish Monte Collection

The Punto is Altaya and well finished but not part of any part work I know of:

If the decals exist, why not? This decals are made by KitCar43, not by myself.Quote:

Dificult to explain Altaya choices... But no one press collectors editor finishes 100% his collection planning...Quote:

Absolutely agree with ManuelZGZ, the most unpopular changes were the MG, the Audi, the Clio and the Fiesta XR2. But the worst is that for the two first models there's not a reasonable explanation, because Ixo, and also Altaya, has the die-cast baseQuote:

I agree it is a big shame that they decided not to produce the above car of Patxi Arbelaiz. I agree it's not one of the nicest of liveries, but at least it is another Metro 6R4 model for collectors to buy - and I think we all know that it would have sold well compared to some of the other models that they will be doing instead.
On a separate matter, does anyone know what has happened to CBCom - the French company who made 1/43rd scale resin model kits? They produced a couple of the MG ZR Super 1600 cars which I would like to add to my cabinet. The good thing about them is that the bodyshells came pre-painted I think?
CBcom now belongs to rallye-miniatureQuote:

I've one of this pre-painted kits to build, if I'm not wrong is a Sanremo version driven by Evans, but by now I'm a little bit affaraid to build kits. I prefer to improve my technics on die-cast cars and then jump to kits.
If you want I can take for you some pictures
Here there's one that I took a few days ago

No doubt about the appeal of the livery... The livery... is 75% missing!!!! The pic is taken on a gravel rally, and Patxi has sanded the car against all odds in the way !Quote:

Kiwi Overdose!! Stay tuned!!!!
At 2,95 €, here in Spain we were stocking green Seat Ibizas to built the whole story of this amazing car, twin World Champion on the 2 litre class.

My first combo is to provide to the original model (#15 - Harry Rovanpera at RAC Rally 1996) a mate: #17 Erwin Weber.
The followings will be the Pura's one in the Monte, the three muskeeters in the Catalunya 1996 (Rovanpera, Puras and Bardolet), etc...
Isn't true, Feresc?
Manuel
Latest release release from Spark for all your diorama builders is this Ford Transit service barge. Will look great with Trofeu MK2 Escorts!

Hope to show you the Gomez Monte-Carlo'97 version soon that I'm building with that kiwi Ibiza.
Thank you for that, I didn't know CBCom is now owned by Rally Miniature. I have looked at their website, but they don't have any of the MG ZR models listed - only decal sheets.Quote:

I am glad you said that it is pre-painted 'feresc13', because CBCom have made a mistake because the black should be at the front of the car, blending to the grey at the back! At least you know that it isn't your mistake!Quote:
