I am guessing those in the market for a Rally3 in France, are waiting for the Clio.
If you start adding numbers on the entrylist, you see that french made cars are in majority.

Clio Rally3 at Rallye Terre des Causses
After its first demo run in Andorra, Clio Rally3 is set to make its first appearance in France next week at the Rallye Terre des Causses (31 March - 2 April) as part of the CFRT opening round.
Clio Rally3 will be part of the Rallye Terre des Causses organisation's crew as a 0 car, starting ten minutes ahead of the first competitors.

There was only one Ford Fiesta Rally3 in Valašská Rally, the first round of Czech rally championship. It was driven by Polish driver Marek Roefler, but had a serious crash on SS8:
