He completes with the loss of more than a minute and climbs out to inspect the damage. What's the verdict? "It's game over." Same problem as my colleagues yesterday. It's like this." And with that, he's off.

Mehhh
And the same part of the hub broke for the third time this weekend, was it one of the updates maybe?
Meeke has been in a league of his own this morning. Wonder whether he will continue with the same pace/rhythm in the next loop, or he'll back off now he has a big gap?

So, all three Hyundai's out with same problem, is it purely driver errors or is there something wrong with the material the hub is made off?
Hyundai has a lot of homework to do for next year...
And now Tänak will jump to second in the drivers’.
Neuville was more in than others at that corner, due to being too wide on the corner before. But clearly interesting that the damage looks the same.
Sordo and Mikkelsen were as much in as Tanak and Ostberg.... Fiestas didn't brake.
Speaking for Neuville-the whole weekend was under avarage for the team (except Mikkelsen first stages), following yesterday's shock with both Sordo&Mikkelsen out, and morning's troubles with i20 handling.....this drivers mistake was just a reflection of whole weekend.
Now Ogier has wide open door to the 5th WC crown.
True....Lappi is very very prone to crash on tarmac....
Good job cutting out Kopecky. What a sad bunch they are.
I agree with you, definitely all 3 Hyundai drivers made an error on those cuts, but why the Fiesta's survived kind of same error and Hyundai's did not? Must be something wrong with these parts, counting in also previous case's, like for example Deutschland for Neuville.
Tanak is 16 points behind Neuville, so he would need third place and one point on powerstage to have same amount of points.;)
In the TV coverage we have now lost "the man from Dungannon" comment on every TV stage....
sadly since Finland this got replaced by saying how Hanninen beat Neuville, Meeke and Mikkelsen in IRC days... every single TV stage.
a) it's irritating to hear it every time
b) repeating it doesn't make it true, sometimes he was faster, sometimes slower, yes he was clearly able to fight with them. Sometimes loose, sometimes win, but not like Loeb vs the rest in WRC.
Things are looking great for M-sport and Wilson, taking both championships, and maybe even a one-two in WDC.;)

Looks like also the ball joint torn apart from the upright?
Neuville talking about his rally here. Said he would not have been mu h faster with hard tyres on friday. The rally was very difficult bcs Huundais understeering like hell. Also complained that Tänak and Ogier cut the same place but without any consequences. Thiry is also here :)

So so nice to hear a happy Kris Meeke after his bad time this year. Great performance here.
