For sure, he will have less time to use the handbrake

From leading the championship Rovanpera will now get 2 to 7 (if he wins PS) points from 3 rallies. Almost can't get any worse.

not really. he said in general that will be hard to keep the steering wheel with one hand, because of big feedback, and this can cause crashes...
