In Haydens pre event comments he said the sandy stages are very soft after the rain and would probably cut up and become rough. So it might favour the earlier cars on the road, I guess we will see.

Thanks. I'm just a big fan. I don't practice any motorsport. I live in the North of the country (near Porto), so I'm quite close to almost all of the stages. I'm going to Caminha today, I'm leaving home at 4 am. :D

Fair enough GB but remember their roads over there are similar to what we would call river bed tracks and/or high country tracks over here. They are pretty shite.

Sordo and Tanak are showing a promising speed. Especially Tanak with the Dmack's.
Not a bad job from Paddon too only 2.7 sek. slower than Ogier.

Same story for Ostberg. Happy with his driving but the time not even close to being there.

Road sweping seems not a big problem. Soft surface makes Paddon complain on engine, probably.

14 seconds on a 27 km stage. That's really bad if you are "pushing" as he says

Ogier says car was too soft. Latvala too stiff on the setup.

Let's hope Meeke can avoid the rocks and set a nice time.
