Currently the weather looks very good for the rally. Surface was frozen and there is currently 0..+2 degrees.. that melts the upper layer and water flows to the colder deeper layer. By the recce there will be minus temperatures again and more snow. And during the rally it will be all the time between zero and + degrees.. so, looks interesting :-)

Not bad at all, snow will melt a bit and pack as hard ice when sub zero temperatures are back. So in fact, good news as there is bound to be a layer of hard ice

Well, IMO Meeke has been pro for years, Sohlberg has been out of game for years.
