They arrived at the hotel only about 2 hours ago! 17 hours after the crash, but are both ok.
No, but it means they didn't well consider everything before removing the time lost. If the make their decision properly, they should think about everything, so there is no reason to change their minds again...Quote:

How do You know? There are standard procedures and rights to appeal. Are You sure that something was done wrong? It's normal that against a steward decision there exist a right to appeal for other competitors. If there is no decision, there is naturally no appeal and vice versa.
